All of Firecrest's services are deployed on a secure, dedicated, Web-based Investigator Portal. Firecrest provides complete service and support for all aspects of the portal 24/7, 365 days a year, which means any problem from anyone can be quickly and efficiently resolved.
The portal gives study personnel around-the-clock global access to EDC, IWRS, training programs, the Visit-by-Visit Guide, and Meeting Center Manager, as well as Study Packs, news, documents, reports, and metrics pertinent to a particular study. All study personnel are assigned a unique username and password, and access is managed according to the user's role in the study. Support, including portal design, access rights, adding and removing users and sites, updating news and events, and maintaining study documents is handled by the Firecrest technical support team.
